TOBE BAER is an up-and-coming singer/songwriter from the San Francisco area. Tobe and his brother, German producer Janosch Roth, have been crafting their music production style since 2016.

“Sometime in the late 70’s, in the midst of my travels when he was around my age, my dad bought a beautiful Japanese guitar from a friend in Thailand and brought it back to Vancouver. Because he was often travelling, he stored it in my grandmother’s basement in Canada. It sat there for nearly 40 years, through floods and cold spells and earthquakes. When my dad finally retrieved it, following my grandmother’s death, the case was completely ruined, nearly rotted through. But he opened it, and the guitar itself was in pristine condition. He gifted it to me, and it’s been my most prized possession ever since.” Visit Tobe’s website:
